FulleFlow

Code of Conduct

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and what we expect from clients, partners, and anyone who interacts with Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name Fulleflow (“Fulleflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our goal is simple: work that is honest, respectful, and professional on every side.

1. Our commitment to you

  • We communicate clearly and set realistic expectations.
  • We do the work we agreed to, with skill and care.
  • We are honest about what is and isn’t possible.
  • We protect the information and access you trust us with.
  • We treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, role, or location.

2. What we expect from you

  • Communicate openly and provide accurate information.
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and access in good time.
  • Treat our team with respect and courtesy.
  • Use our services and any platforms we set up lawfully and responsibly.
  • Respect our intellectual property and confidential information.

3. Professional communication

We expect all communication — in calls, email, chat, and project tools — to be respectful and constructive. Disagreement is fine and often useful; abuse, harassment, threats, and discriminatory language are not.

4. Unacceptable behaviour

The following are not tolerated by anyone working with or for Fulleflow:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Abusive, threatening, or deliberately offensive language.
  • Dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation.
  • Sharing confidential information without authorisation.
  • Using our services or connected platforms to send spam, deceptive messaging, or unlawful content.

5. Responsible use of marketing and automation

Our work often involves marketing automation and messaging through platforms such as GoHighLevel / HighLevel. We and our clients are expected to follow applicable anti-spam and consent rules, send communications only to contacts who have a lawful basis to be contacted, and honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.

6. Confidentiality and data ethics

We handle client data, customer data, and account access responsibly, and we expect the same. Information shared during an engagement is used only for that engagement and is not disclosed without authorisation, except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

7. Compliance with the law

Everyone involved in an engagement is expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those covering data protection, marketing, consumer rights, and intellectual property.

8. Reporting a concern

If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct, please tell us at hi@fulleflow.com. We take all reports seriously, handle them discreetly, and will not retaliate against anyone who raises a genuine concern.

9. Enforcement

Where this Code is breached, we may take appropriate action, which can include a warning, pausing work, or ending an engagement. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
