This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and what we expect from clients, partners, and anyone who interacts with Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name Fulleflow (“Fulleflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our goal is simple: work that is honest, respectful, and professional on every side.
We expect all communication — in calls, email, chat, and project tools — to be respectful and constructive. Disagreement is fine and often useful; abuse, harassment, threats, and discriminatory language are not.
The following are not tolerated by anyone working with or for Fulleflow:
Our work often involves marketing automation and messaging through platforms such as GoHighLevel / HighLevel. We and our clients are expected to follow applicable anti-spam and consent rules, send communications only to contacts who have a lawful basis to be contacted, and honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
We handle client data, customer data, and account access responsibly, and we expect the same. Information shared during an engagement is used only for that engagement and is not disclosed without authorisation, except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Everyone involved in an engagement is expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those covering data protection, marketing, consumer rights, and intellectual property.
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct, please tell us at hi@fulleflow.com. We take all reports seriously, handle them discreetly, and will not retaliate against anyone who raises a genuine concern.
Where this Code is breached, we may take appropriate action, which can include a warning, pausing work, or ending an engagement. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
