These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fulleflow.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand name Fulleflow (“Fulleflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Fulleflow provides GoHighLevel consulting and agency services, which may include expert hire, implementation and setup, migration, white-label SaaS support, automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed between you and us (“Engagement Agreement”). If anything in an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated in them. A binding engagement begins when you accept a proposal in writing, pay the agreed deposit or fee, or otherwise instruct us to begin work.
To deliver our services, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access, credentials, or assets we need. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that any content or data you provide does not infringe the rights of others and complies with applicable law.
Our services often involve third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel / HighLevel. We are an independent agency and are not owned by, or the official provider of, those platforms. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, changes, or discontinuation of third-party platforms.
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom deliverables created for you is addressed in your Engagement Agreement; unless stated otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and grant you a licence to use deliverables for your business.
Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific business result, revenue, or ranking will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulleflow and Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulleflow and Gempulse Infotech Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the services, your content or data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the Engagement Agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services if you breach these Terms. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, outages, third-party platform failures, or government action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
